Role Overview
The Brand Solutions Specialist role involves developing digital-led strategies and solutions to meet client/brand requirements. This includes generating business through effective identification of categories and concept pitches related to branded content & brand integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand brand objectives and ideate branded content solutions across multiple platforms, including digital and OTT.
- Create strong and compelling pitches to showcase developed concepts/ideas proactively.
- Assist in pitching content partnership for both long-form & short-form formats to new and existing brands.
- Understand and interpret brand positioning, brand objective, and suggest creatively viable solutions, creating proposal decks with complete content & marketing solutions.
- Work with internal production teams, media partners, and external vendors to execute campaigns.
- Support the account management team in ensuring all deliverables communicated by the client are delivered promptly.
- Stay on top of trends and align with editorial & content creation teams on upcoming impact properties, original content, and network-wide offerings.
- Maintain relationships and work collaboratively on developing and building concepts with production partners, media agencies, and talent.
Desired Skillset
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in branded content and solutions across digital & television mediums. Proficiency in the Bengali language is mandatory. Additionally, you should be able to connect content with brands' objectives with effective creative orientation, narrate stories for seamless understanding, and leverage relationships to achieve shared strategic goals & targets.
This role requires an individual with out-of-the-box thinking, striking the right balance between storytelling, marketing, creativity, and commercial acumen. You will be based in Kolkata, where you will contribute to driving business growth and delivering results-driven campaigns.
Estimated Salary: ₹750,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
