We seek an experienced Business Development Specialist (US Market) who shares our passion for growth and innovation to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Qualify prospects and target audiences through extensive research
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential US clients in the IT sector
- Conduct cold calls to leads generated from trade shows, networking events, strategic accounts, and other sources
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, understanding their business needs and recommending relevant IT solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proven sales record of accomplishment and ability to lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Experience identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into profitable contracts for IT services
- Strong internet skills, including proficiency in web-based applications and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work night shifts and engage with decision-makers comfortably
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing sales teams, with strong team-building and coaching abilities
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed sales revenue targets for the US region
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve desired results
Additional Requirements:
- Must have experience selling AI solutions, web-based applications, and CRM tools (Salesforce and HubSpot exposure is an advantage)
- Closing enterprise-level deals in the U.S market is a critical aspect of this role
