About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in their territory.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the Powerol brand through collaboration with Mahindra team and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales in a designated territory by engaging with dealers and providing support to meet business targets.
  • Generate and convert inquiries into sales opportunities while preparing monthly business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Train dealer staff to ensure adherence to sales standards and promote the Powerol brand effectively.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels to optimize sales performance.
  • Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries to track business performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or an MBA
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the power tools, electrical components, HVAC, or related industries
  • Proven sales track record and market knowledge, with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create presentations
