Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in their territory.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the Powerol brand through collaboration with Mahindra team and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales in a designated territory by engaging with dealers and providing support to meet business targets.
- Generate and convert inquiries into sales opportunities while preparing monthly business plans.
- Identify customer needs and design promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
- Train dealer staff to ensure adherence to sales standards and promote the Powerol brand effectively.
- Conduct competitor analysis and manage dealer stock levels to optimize sales performance.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports on sales and inquiries to track business performance.
- A degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or an MBA
- At least 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the power tools, electrical components, HVAC, or related industries
- Proven sales track record and market knowledge, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze data and create presentations
