Dynamic Sales Growth Leader

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Drive swiping device sales in the assigned area.
- Resolve merchant queries.
- Drive overall engagement with the merchant base.
- Capable of hiring and building a team.
- Set clear team goals.
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities.
Requirements
- Must have high-level drive, initiative, and self-motivation.
- Should have team handling experience.
- Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Should have good exposure in cold calling, pre-sales, and lead generation.
- Should be a graduate.
- Should possess good communication and negotiation skills.
