Sales and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development expert to join our team at Freudenberg, to drive sales growth and business expansion in the lubricants market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new customers
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Graduation in Mechanical/Automotive and full-time MBA in Marketing with 1+ year of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of sales success in the lubricants industry
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel extensively, with a valid driver's license
  • Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi
