Role Overview
The Franchise Expansion Manager will drive growth by managing franchise accounts, leading expansion into new cities, and developing networks for company-owned centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing franchise partners, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and analyze account performance.
- Develop entry strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor progress.
- Sourcing leads for selling centers to investors, including identifying potential investors, developing lead generation campaigns, and presenting business cases.
- Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, and venture capitalists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or investment sales.
- Demonstrated success in account management and new market entry.
