
Operations Manager

The Regional Head will lead and manage a team of professionals to drive franchise expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and guide a team of executives to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and maintain motivation.
- Provide strategic direction and actionable plans to achieve onboarding targets for the region.
- Develop and execute region-specific strategies in collaboration with colleagues.
- Oversee onboarding numbers for the assigned region and ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Create and implement data-driven strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in processes and tools.
- Motivate and mentor team members to enhance performance and align with company vision.
- Assist colleagues in finalizing closures by actively participating in negotiations and meetings.
- Travel as required to support onboarding and strengthen regional market presence.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate records in the CRM system.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team management, closures, and target achievement.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively to support activities and closures.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and aligned with company objectives.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
