Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Franchise Sales Manager. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential franchisees, developing and implementing business plans for franchise expansion, and managing the entire franchising process from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong communication with potential and existing franchisees, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth franchise operations, and identifying new business opportunities to grow the brand.

- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven experience in franchise management or sales
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban
