Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Associate/Senior Associate/Lead to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, qualifying, converting, and renewing in assigned territories, achieving sales targets while travelling to various schools to sell CognoSpace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Prospect Identification and Lead Generation: Utilize on-field prospecting, cold calling, networking, industry events, and channel partners to identify potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification and Assessment: Evaluate lead potential for conversion and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct clear and concise product demos to students and schools, highlighting value propositions.
  • Territory Expansion and Relationship Building: Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at schools.
  • Market Trend Analysis and Feedback Monitoring: Identify opportunities for growth by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, with at least 3 years of experience, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹20 Lakh - ₹30 Lakh per annum (based on experience), depending on qualifications and performance.
