Strategic Account Development Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve primary and secondary Annual Operating Plans (AOP) targets.
- Create accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to meet AOP goals.
- Drive the value proposition to protect Average Selling Prices (ASPs) and improve margins.
Key Accounts Approach:
- Develop overall strategy for key account management.
- Identify high-potential key accounts based on product/service fit.
- Map procurement processes and relevant stakeholders in decision-making.
- Understand decision-making processes and utilize internal resources to support key account objectives.
Channel Management & Development:
- Monitor distributor inventory management, coordination, and customer relationships to ensure discipline and compliance.
- Set targets for channel teams and perform quarterly evaluations.
- Negotiate prices with corporates to maximize profitability.
KOL/Customer Management:
- Work with existing strong installation bases to identify corporate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by specialty.
- Create strategic long-term business associations with KOLs.
- Develop and execute customer engagement activities to drive share growth and size growth through KOL-initiated live workshops and training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BS/BE/BTech in Biomedical Engineering; PG in Business Management is beneficial.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Surgical Products, preferably endoscopic range.
- Good knowledge of digital adaptiveness platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
