Key Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Onsurity, a rapidly growing employee healthcare benefits platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key client needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client matters, anticipating and meeting their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and meet deadlines.
  • Brought in new business opportunities from existing clients and develop new relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Average salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand customer base.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including communication history and sales activities.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
