Strategic Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at MNS Credit Management Group Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a proven ability to understand client needs, gather feedback, and drive account growth through effective farming and upselling strategies.
Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring all client needs and requirements are met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery and address any issues proactively.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize account value and deepen client relationships.
- Service Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that client service delivery is coordinated and meets the high standards expected by corporate clients.
- Contract Management: Manage and oversee client contracts to ensure compliance and timely renewals, negotiating terms as necessary.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on account status, client feedback, upselling, and account performance to senior management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team, driving business growth and delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally. We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 based on industry standards and location.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably within financial services, credit management, or business information sectors.
- Strong understanding of corporate client management and the ability to manage large accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
