Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to develop, maintain, and grow business within our diversified line of businesses.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts, and ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and to further penetrate existing accounts.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how Head Field can meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and work with the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs.
Responsibilities

This role requires:

  • Getting processes/requirements from direct clients/Tier-1 Vendors and closing open positions.
  • Cold calling and market research to identify potential Vendors/Clients.
  • Providing timely feedback to management regarding performance, activity reports, and account strategy concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in Delivery Management/Client Servicing.
