Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Shree SV Edutech. About the Role:

This role will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our business by identifying new project opportunities, negotiating deals, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will be expected to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities from freelancing platforms and through direct outreach to international clients across industries.
  • Proposal Writing & Negotiations: Create customized proposals, craft compelling pitches, and lead contract negotiations with clients to close high-value deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective business development strategies for expanding our client base in global markets.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of opportunities. Report regularly on performance and progress towards sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company in global business forums, events, and client meetings to boost our brand visibility and secure strategic partnerships.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience in proposal writing, closing deals, and negotiating favorable terms for both the company and the client.
