Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at CALM Fireplaces located in New Delhi. As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitors, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management in the luxury goods or home decor industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 per annum
