Job SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at CALM Fireplaces located in New Delhi. As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, competitors, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management in the luxury goods or home decor industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
