About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Specialist to join our team at hiringplug. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about driving business growth and expansion.

The Growth Specialist will work closely with our founder to identify and pursue new opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, and build strong relationships with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new leads through various media channels and platforms.
  2. Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research and communication to qualify potential leads.
  3. Product Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to our target audience, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  4. Research and Communication Tools: Utilize online tools effectively for conducting research and maintaining communication with potential clients.
  5. Smart Working: Leverage innovative online and AI-based tools to work efficiently and effectively.
  6. Technology and Tools: Familiarity with online and AI-based tools, including lead management software and mailing solutions like MailChimp.
  7. Personality: A pleasant and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across departments and time zones.

Preferences:

  1. Go-Getter Attitude: A highly result-oriented individual with a focus on achieving goals and overcoming obstacles.
  2. Prior Accomplishments: Relevant experience in the HR/Recruitment and Staffing sector, with a strong network of CXO relationships.
  3. International Market Experience: Experience working in international markets, particularly in Canada and the USA.
  4. Education: An MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
  5. Location: Preference for candidates residing in or around New Delhi, India.
