We are looking for an exceptional individual who can drive business growth and success by generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with school decision-makers.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in a school or education-related setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly persuasive with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in using a CRM system to manage leads and customer information
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets

As a Strategic Growth Catalyst, you will be responsible for:

  1. Generating leads through both in-person visits and virtual meetings
  2. Pitching the Robotics Lab product to schools and explaining its benefits to decision-makers
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with school decision-makers
  4. Providing demonstrations of the Robotics Lab product to interested schools
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new pitches and strategies to improve conversion rates
  6. Maintaining accurate records of leads, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
  7. FOLLOWING UP WITH SCHOOLS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION THEY NEED TO MAKE A DECISION
  8. Negotiating and closing deals with schools to set up Robotics Lab

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

A minimum estimated annual salary of **₹600,000** (based on industry standards and location), plus additional benefits and incentives.
