Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Brand Account Lead at Krafting Networks in Mumbai. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client requirements, from servicing creative to social media needs, managing social media pages, client accounts, developing strategic plans for clients, making strategies and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management.

Your Role in Shaping Success

  • Lead Client Strategy: Take ownership of brand strategies and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Inspire Innovation: Develop strategies that elevate clients' digital, social or other media presence by keeping pace with industry trends and technology.
  • Set Benchmarks for Growth: Define and track key performance indicators while exceeding revenue goals with measurable results.
  • Be the Catalyst for Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring every project reflects quality and innovation.
  • Solve Creatively: Use a solution-driven mindset to navigate challenges and foster meaningful connections with clients.
