**About the Role:**
At Career Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role that offers a high level of autonomy and opportunities for growth.
**Job Description:**
As a Strategic Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across all offerings in the account. You will lead the strategic planning and growth framework, partnering with others across the organization to develop and deliver year-on-year growth results. Your primary focus will be on customer intimacy, building strong relationships with key executives at the CXO level and understanding their business needs to provide tailored solutions.
You will also be responsible for building, monitoring, and orchestrating sales pipeline activities to advance, invest in, or divest of opportunities. Your goal will be to generate new and breakthrough initiatives, secure client and company support to pursue strategic programs and projects, and nurture new opportunities that move the customer relationship up the stack to extend our share of wallet at the account.
In addition, you will understand the client's overall business to engage in solutions across the customer portfolio, proactively help shape the client's business and IT strategy, build long-term growth opportunities, and leverage account planning processes and tools.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 15-20 years of experience in customer relationship management and account development
- Demonstrated track record of driving profitable growth and expanding market share
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior executives
- Ability to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
