High-Performing Sales Professional Wanted for SaaS Growth

QuickReply.ai is looking for a skilled sales development representative to join our team. As a dynamic and innovative company, we are building a WhatsApp marketing automation platform for e-commerce stores.
We have gained 700+ paying customers across the globe with a 15X increase in revenues in the last 18 months. In the next 2-3 years, most email & SMS communication will move to WhatsApp for most businesses, presenting a huge business opportunity to become a billion-dollar company.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing deals. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation
- Performing outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information
- Managing the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth
- Conducting product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an SDR or AE, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish
- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Able to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
In return, we offer a competitive base salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure. Our estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 depending on experience and performance.
