SBL Knowledge Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, managing client expectations, and driving business growth through strategic account planning.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that meet or exceed client objectives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand client relationships through strategic account planning and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and feedback in CRM systems to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in client engagement strategies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Requirements:

While not required, it would be great if you had experience in a customer-facing role, familiarity with client retention strategies and upselling techniques, and knowledge of digital communication tools.
