Job Description:

As a Client Relationship Manager at SBL Knowledge Services, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistent, timely communication and delivering exceptional service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture positive client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and facilitating regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and anticipate needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle client inquiries and complaints, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Proactive Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and suggest relevant products or services.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Collect and document client feedback to share with relevant teams, contributing to the continuous enhancement of services and processes.
  • Service Monitoring: Closely monitor and track service delivery to ensure commitments to clients are met, upholding a high standard of service quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
