About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SBL Knowledge Services. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of our offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to inform future business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
