Shilton Hospitality LLP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating sales operations with other departments to achieve business objectives;
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue;
- Maintaining accurate customer databases and identifying new business opportunities;
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to target new customers and increase sales revenue;
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guest requests and expectations are met.
