About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating sales operations with other departments to achieve business objectives;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase sales revenue;
  • Maintaining accurate customer databases and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to target new customers and increase sales revenue;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guest requests and expectations are met.
