Customer Service Manager

SBL Knowledge Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a passion for building strong relationships.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional service quality. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent and timely communication.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly check-in with clients to assess their satisfaction, anticipate their needs, and suggest relevant products or services.
- Client Feedback and Reporting: Collect and document client feedback to share with relevant teams, assisting in the continuous improvement of services and processes.
- Service Monitoring: Monitor and track the delivery of services to ensure commitments to clients are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Market and Product Awareness: Stay updated on company products, services, and market trends to offer clients informed guidance and recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and feedback in CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
