About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients. They will be responsible for understanding client needs, business goals, and organizational challenges, and will work closely with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, business goals, and organizational challenges
  • Conduct regular check-ins with coworkers to gather feedback and help with day-to-day needs
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients
  • Assist coworkers in refining communication and ensure seamless integration of hired candidates into the client's organization
  • Track and report key performance metrics as per client requirements

This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and suggesting improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including full medical insurance, a laptop, and opportunities for learning and development.
