Renewal Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Renewal Growth Specialist to join our team in Bangalore/Hybrid. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales and Renewals customer support, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships with customers.
The role is responsible for guiding and expanding renewals starting 180 days in advance of their contract end date. This includes the sales cycle, such as customer success, deployment, analysis, negotiations, legal negotiations, security reviews, and account collections.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the customer success/sales team to manage the renewals process and preserve customer subscriptions while maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Analyze all details of what a customer owns vs what they are using.
- Negotiate and accomplish renewals with the Operations team, Deal Strategy and Legal teams.
- Identify any renewal risks within an account.
- Engage with decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure renewals.
- Work across departments and be the voice of the customer while advocating for what is best for Informatica.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant professional experience.
