Strategic Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional for the role of Strategic Sales Growth Manager, who will be responsible for leading the optimization of sales across our third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, and Zepto).
This position focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing user experience, and maximizing overall performance of digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance listings on Amazon, Blinkit, and Flipkart.
- Maintain strong relationships with key marketplace partners to maximize sales potential.
- Analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, etc.) to identify opportunities for growth.
- E nsure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum. This estimate is based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.
