At Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and driving business growth through strategic account management skills, technical acumen, and consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop selling opportunities within PSU and Banks segments
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet business objectives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with current and new clients
  • Promote Softcell's IT solutions and services to clients
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline and forecast information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

About You:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM software and solution selling techniques
  • Knowledge of PSU, Banking segment in west region (applications, infrastructure players, tendering process, and decision-making process)
