The estimated salary for this position is ₹30,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

 

Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead management, qualification, evaluation, and closure for Enterprise clients. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our overall sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage sales pipelines, prospect and assess sales opportunities, and move transactions through the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and track customer and transactional information in our CRM system.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering.
  • Account Management: Nurture and expand relationships with customer accounts of all sizes.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through our CRM system.
  • Communication: Practice effective communication with management, customers, and support staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team-building and company-growth activities, including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise SAAS/selling Software Solutions in India markets, including both transactional sales and strategic selling experience.
  • Performance Track Record: Consistent over-achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • Missionary Mindset: Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the client's mission.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience working with start-ups and emerging organizations, understanding how to build and grow a successful business.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
  • Personal Attributes: Go-getter, willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, knowing what to say and how to say it.
