Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at PASSIONMOJO PVT. LTD. as a Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business relationships with large and medium corporate enterprises.
The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in services selling, with a proven track record of delivering sales revenue numbers. They should also possess excellent communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive business relationships with large and medium corporate enterprises
- Take ownership of and drive sales cycles, negotiating and closing cases
- Maintain sustainable relationships with customer key decision-makers
- Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones
- Qualify opportunities and build business pipeline
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in services selling
- Track record of meeting target numbers from year-on-year
- Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers
- Consistent success in maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
- Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
- Evidence of high-performance entrepreneurial spirit and team player
- Graduate MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
