We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at PASSIONMOJO PVT. LTD. as a Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business relationships with large and medium corporate enterprises.

The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in services selling, with a proven track record of delivering sales revenue numbers. They should also possess excellent communication skills in English and local language, with the ability to interact effectively with executive-level decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive business relationships with large and medium corporate enterprises
  • Take ownership of and drive sales cycles, negotiating and closing cases
  • Maintain sustainable relationships with customer key decision-makers
  • Develop strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones
  • Qualify opportunities and build business pipeline

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in services selling
  • Track record of meeting target numbers from year-on-year
  • Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive-level decision-makers
  • Consistent success in maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
  • Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
  • Evidence of high-performance entrepreneurial spirit and team player
  • Graduate MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
