We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Growth Strategist to drive our expansion in the Mumbai market.

About Us:

Barcode Entertainment : Strategic Brand Solutions is a leading entertainment company with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Budget: ₹12-20 lakhs per annum. Salary estimate: ₹18 lakhs per annum (including bonus).
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets, leveraging industry knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and reporting key metrics regularly.
Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Leverage insights to identify new business opportunities.
Networking & Outreach:
  • Represent Barcode Entertainment at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads.
  • Utilize tools like Lemlist and CRM software to connect with prospects effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
