Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.">
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.">
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.">
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.">
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.">
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for account growth strategies.">
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align client needs with company offerings.">
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.">
  • Provide feedback to product teams regarding customer needs and product enhancements.">
  • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management on account status, growth opportunities, and challenges.">
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.">
  • Evaluate and recommend new business opportunities to senior leadership.">
  • Proactively address customer concerns and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to client interactions and sales activity.">
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines.">

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in account management or business development within the IT services industry. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including Software Development, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and AI. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
