Enterprise Account Manager

At Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic enterprise accounts in the PSU segment. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth within these accounts by aligning Softcell's IT solutions with the business goals of your clients.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for developing selling opportunities within PSU, Banks, and expanding into the same. You will respond to RFPs, prepare and consolidate documentation, read and understand RFP terms, create synopsis, and present it with management. You will utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects, develop formal quotes, written sales proposals, or formal sales presentations addressing their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities.
- Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects.
- Read and understand RFP terms and create synopsis.
- Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues.
- Develop account plans to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects.
- Recommend marketing strategies.
- Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
- Provide or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
- Identify customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
