As a Client Manager – Outbound, Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and managing relationships with Enterprise Customers. Your key areas of focus will include:

  • Single-point contact for Enterprise Customers, owning their entire customer life cycle
  • Driving new and incremental revenue growth on Mobility and Non-Mobility product offerings
  • Farming existing revenue streams, protecting against competition and downward tariff revisions
  • Cross-selling and up-selling new products and services to enhance overall revenue
  • Business planning and accurate forecasting of revenue, order bookings, gross additions, and bad debts

You will work closely with other teams to ensure synchronization across various activities, including tariff offerings, order fulfillment, issue resolution, and collections. Additionally, you will monitor service delivery and assurance aspects, ensuring they align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market research. However, please note that this figure is subject to change based on individual qualifications, experience, and performance.
