Role Overview


The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying enterprises that require L&D programs and establishing meaningful connections with senior-level executives.


A successful candidate will have exceptional conversion skills, with the ability to achieve high conversion rates from leads generated through marketing and lead-gen efforts.


They will also be responsible for rigorous follow-ups to create successful business relationships with new and existing customer accounts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and establish connections with potential clients
  • Conduct meetings with senior-level executives to discuss business opportunities
  • Achieve high conversion rates from marketing leads
  • Rigorous follow-ups to create successful business relationships
  • Focus on expanding existing large accounts to increase recurring revenue streams
  • Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1, 2 institutes preferred)
  • 15 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on high-growth startups
  • Good understanding of organizational hierarchies and structures
  • Value-driven sales professional with excellent client collaboration skills
  • Results-driven with experience in client acquisition, account management, and channel management
