About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Softcell as a Key Account Manager (PSU), where you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth within these accounts by aligning Softcell's IT solutions with the business goals of your clients.

Job Description:
As a Key Account Manager (PSU) at Softcell, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to sell to customers based on their business needs. You will use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within PSU, Banks, and expand into the same. Additionally, you will respond to RFPs, prepare documentation, read and understand RFP terms, and create synopsis and present the same with management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills, technical writing, and ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and solutions. You should have experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. Additionally, you should be familiar with CRM software and have knowledge of PSU, Banking segment in west region, applications, infrastructure players, tendering process, and decision-making process.
