Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Relationship Strategist to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related issues and needs.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Proactively communicate with clients, timely resolve issues, and deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in account management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
