Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that all team members are meeting their goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and market developments.

Requirements


  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and trends.
  • Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, for internal and external interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise in the sales process.
  • Proficiency in sourcing potential leads and closing high-value real estate transactions.
