Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Draup. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong background in account management, lead generation, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Account Management: Work closely with our marketing team to identify and pursue high-value target accounts in the North America market.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and opportunities within target accounts.
  • Outbound Outreach: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels to initiate contact with prospects and qualify leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly to ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on account management, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to leverage data analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
