Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly revenue targets through effective Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai.

- Develop strong relationships with buyers and educate them about company's offerings on a daily basis.

- Address inquiries generated through Digital Marketing by providing solutions to meet buyer's needs and expectations.

- Foster relationships with Top Selling Developers and Investors and End-customers.

- Provide consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.

- Understand clients' needs and suggest solutions that meet their expectations.

- Arrange meetings with predetermined leads and showcase appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching their investment needs.

- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

- Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.

- Develop trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
