Digital Sales Leader for Enterprise Accounts

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Leader to join our team at QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the most innovative banks and securities clients in the India region, with existing revenues of USD 5 Million and an expectation to grow them to USD 10 Million over the next 2 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic account management, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Description:- Main Responsibilities:
Account Management: Provide exceptional client experience, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth by setting long- and short-term goals and quotas.
Leadership: Possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise account managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to identify unsaid needs, generate business value, and co-create solutions that meet their expectations.
Talent Development: Mentor and coach account managers to follow set account management practices, ensuring KPIs are met and regular performance evaluations.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) and intervene when necessary to ensure green ratings.
- Education: Master's degree in business, business administration, or related field along with B.E/B.Tech.
- Experience: 5+ years as an Account Director/Lead/Head or related title in the industry with overall experience of 10-14 years in account management.
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of clientele, superior customer service skills, outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, ability to guide, lead, and influence leadership teams and key stakeholders.
USD 120,000 - USD 150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
