**Job Title:** Digital Sales Leader - BFS

Hipos Consulting Services LLP is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Leader to drive direct digital sales for our BFS (Banking, Financial Services) division. This role will be responsible for delivering on direct acquisition through paid marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to drive cross-sell and up-sell campaigns, and constantly improving funnel performance with data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will own the overall digital sales P&L, with a keen eye on LR (Lifetime Value) and overall costs. They will also work closely with the product team to develop key features for specific target segments and personas, ensuring a GTM (Go-to-Market) and lifecycle management program for all key features.

Additionally, the Digital Sales Leader will analyze market trends, conduct customer research, and develop user personas to identify the most effective digital marketing channels to use. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
