The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹2,500,000 - ₹4,000,000, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture key markets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and market trends.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify threats and opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales leads and client interactions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance company visibility.

Requirements:
