Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Oil Sales Development Manager to join our team at Mahindra Rise.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth in the oil channel. This includes building strong relationships with distributors, providing market feedback, and ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other stakeholders.
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with zonal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance channel reach and effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in the oil industry (Shell, Castrol, Valvoline etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis skills.
- Preferably SAP hands-on experience.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
