Senior EV Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior EV Sales Manager to lead our team in the Patna region. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities- Improve Productivity: Enhance the efficiency of EV Sales Executives (DSE) and outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE)
- Closed Loop Feedback: Implement a robust feedback system to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Process Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to company processes and standards
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2W dealership or agency
- Regional Language: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 20-22 days per month across the region
