At 2PI AI Tech, we're seeking an ambitious Strategic HR Business Partner to spearhead our growth journey. With a rapidly expanding technology company specializing in artificial intelligence, we tackle complex real-world problems through innovative AI solutions.

The Role:

We're looking for a versatile HR expert who can navigate multiple responsibilities, from HR management to content creation and PR strategy. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will wear many hats, including public relations, social media management, customer interaction, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top talent is hired.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, professional development programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Public Relations & Content Management:

  • Lead PR activities to strengthen the company's brand and reputation.
  • Draft and oversee engaging content for internal and external communication.
  • Build relationships with media outlets and manage press coverage.

Social Media & Digital Presence:

  • Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies increasing brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.

Customer Interaction & Communication:

  • Handle customer interactions via email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Evaluate customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong skills in public relations, content management, and social media strategies.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, including HR, PR, customer interaction, and admin tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
