Key Responsibilities
- To establish and nurture strategic partnerships with prospective clients, fostering long-term relationships that drive growth and revenue.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines effectively, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimizing sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to establish a competitive advantage for Unacademy.
- Monitor key performance metrics to guarantee that targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably from a top-tier institution, with a minimum of 6 months to several years of experience in the sales industry.
- Demonstrated success in navigating the full sales cycle, including deal closing, and a proven track record of sales achievements.
- Excellent negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, allowing seamless interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Preferred experience with CRM tools, facilitating efficient management of sales data and processes.
