Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines effectively, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimizing sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to establish a competitive advantage for Unacademy.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to guarantee that targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably from a top-tier institution, with a minimum of 6 months to several years of experience in the sales industry.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating the full sales cycle, including deal closing, and a proven track record of sales achievements.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, allowing seamless interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools, facilitating efficient management of sales data and processes.
