Strategic Sales Director

At OZONE PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, we are seeking an accomplished Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive sales growth, expand market share, and maintain profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve sales performance.
- Lead a team of 15-20 sales officers and 3-4 area sales managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
- Conduct timely performance reviews of field staff, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
- Monitor and control attrition rates to minimize losses and optimize team productivity.
- Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging continuous learning and development among team members.
- Nurture strong relationships with stockists, CFAs, chemists, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Ensure the organization's profitability by maintaining a good product mix, minimizing expiry and sales returns.
- Analyze competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Monitor the success of new products in the market and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably B.Sc or B.Pharm.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 3-5 years as a first-line manager in a reputable organization.
- Experience working for GP/CP or managing pain relief segment products is highly desirable.
- Age not exceeding 45 years.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
