At OZONE PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, we are seeking an accomplished Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive sales growth, expand market share, and maintain profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve sales performance.
  • Lead a team of 15-20 sales officers and 3-4 area sales managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
  • Conduct timely performance reviews of field staff, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
  • Monitor and control attrition rates to minimize losses and optimize team productivity.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging continuous learning and development among team members.
  • Nurture strong relationships with stockists, CFAs, chemists, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the organization's profitability by maintaining a good product mix, minimizing expiry and sales returns.
  • Analyze competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitor the success of new products in the market and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably B.Sc or B.Pharm.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in pharma sales, with at least 3-5 years as a first-line manager in a reputable organization.
  • Experience working for GP/CP or managing pain relief segment products is highly desirable.
  • Age not exceeding 45 years.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
