Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch.
- Conceptualize and present solutions to customers through engaging presentations.
- Oversight of proposal delivery ensuring timely, high-quality, and 100% compliant results.
- Define and implement achievable bid plans including schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
- Maintain adherence to company processes and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including price negotiations.
- Represent clients and demonstrate products/solutions.
- Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data.
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Guide team members to improve their skills, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.
- Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
- Support cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS) when needed.
- Maintain 100% repository update and MIS compliance for the entire team.
- Proven experience as an IT Presales professional or in a similar role.
- Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.
- In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing and Bid Management.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
- Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
