Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and build opportunities from scratch.
  • Conceptualize and present solutions to customers through engaging presentations.
  • Oversight of proposal delivery ensuring timely, high-quality, and 100% compliant results.
  • Define and implement achievable bid plans including schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
  • Maintain adherence to company processes and procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids, including price negotiations.
  • Represent clients and demonstrate products/solutions.
  • Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Guide team members to improve their skills, ensuring quality and on-time deliverables.
  • Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
  • Support cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS) when needed.
  • Maintain 100% repository update and MIS compliance for the entire team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an IT Presales professional or in a similar role.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing and Bid Management.
  • Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
  • Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
